Holistic Discontinuity

Mix use tower with Office space, Hotel and Retail in Mexico City. This project aimed to redefine the formal language of the tower typology by introducing a form that changes its aspect relative to the passerby as a means to engage with its surrounding. The tower is blocked in sectors of 3-5 floors through the use of sectioned curtain walls, allowing for set-backs in the formal language; while its vertical striations reinforce verticality producing a constants shift between continuity and discontinuity.
