Exploratory Construction Project Delivery

Mix use building in Hollywood exploring the relationship between office space and retail in its vertical experience. A series of offset mezzanines allow for programmatic interconnection. The project explores advanced methods of project delivery and construction documents incorporating digital technologies and investigation of new models from linking design and construction processes.
